Pictures of items and their description

We inform that presented pictures of products from our shop may contain certain differences as far as the look of product is concerned, for example colour. Therefore descriptions of products, their pictures and  sizes give no rise to claims on your part as Buyers. Sizes of presented items  are given in centimeters and you should traet them as approximate to each size of shoes. What is essential is the fact that features of products are of constant value and are never a subject toany changes, taht is material( for example leather, suede), colour( for example black)  will be always named in the same way.

Prices

Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) . Buyer at the moment of purchase accepts the fact that the price given to the product is final.

 

Realization of order

Realization of orders is carried out according to order's submission. Placing your order is tantamount to its acceptance. Clicking on "Buy" means accepting the regulations presented in folder "About us".

The information about accepting the order to realization is sent by email, which is tantamount to accepting the sale by both parties. It is not possible to cancel the order which has been already sent.

In other cases, we kindly ask you tophone us. The phone number is available in "Contact".

 

Delivery address

In case you would like your order to be delievered to address other than that supplied in a registration form, please supply the proper address in delivery form.

Delivery waiting time.

While placing your order you accept the following regulations. The delivery waiting time comprises: time for realizing your order that is waiting for your payment, completing the order, issuance of the sales document, packing the package, time for delivery, which depends on the mode of delivery. On our part we make every effort for our packages to be packed in a careful way, however we cannot be responsible for the qualty of Polish Post services. We also cannot guarantee that the package will not be damaged after it has been posted.

We realize the sending of your package within one working day from the moment of booking your transfer on our bank account. In some cases, for objective reasons, we reserve the right to send your package within four working days. If you choose the transfer to our account option, we realize your order after receiving the information from our bank that your money has been transfered to our account. If wedo not receive the money within seven days from the date of purchase, your order is cancelled. We do not realize orders which lack some of the demanded data, or contain false informationTo the package we attach fiscal receipt (on customer's demand- VAT invoice), which are guarantee documents required while returning the product or making a complaint. In case when you will not receive the receipt attached to your order, please conact us to add it. Items bought on Saturday or Sunday will be sent on Monday.

Products from our shop are delivered by UPS couriers.

There are three ways of delivery:

  • Priority Packageby Polish Post- send us e-mail
  • Courier delivery by UPS- send us e-mail
  • Personal collection in the office: Mon to FRi, 9am-5pm.

Your oredr is sent within 24 hours.

Return

On the basis of the Law on protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products from 02.03.2000 ( Dz. U. nr 22 from 200, poz 271) you have a right to resign from the product bought in our shop, without giving your reasons for that within 14 days from the date of its delivery. However it is possibly only when the product has not been used in any way, is in original package and has not been damaged in any way. The returned product should be sent to us with the receipt or VAT invoice and  the statement of return. Goodshoes guarantees the return of the money which is the price of the product. The return of the money will be realized, according to the above mentioned Law, within14 working days, only by bank trasfer to the bank account indicated by you. If you decide to return the product, please contact us email. Then we will inform you about the returning procedure. Packges shoul be sent to the address given at the top of the page.

Exchange

You have a right to exchange the product bouhgt in our shop within 14 days from the date of its delivery. it is only possible when the product has not been used in any way, is in origi and has not been damaged or destroyed in any way.nal package. The returned product should be sent to us with a receipt or VAT invoice and an exchange form. You hve to pay for sending the product to us as well as our sending of a new product. Only when the exchange is caused by our fault, our shop covers the cost of delivery. Deliveries sent at our cost will not be accepted. In case of the difference in prices of products you have to pay the right ammount to our bank account. In case when the returned product is cheaper, we return the difference in prices only to your bank account. If you decide to exchange the product, please contact us by email to receive the information about the exchanging procedure.

Making a complaint

The most effective and the only  way of making a complaint is filling in a complaint form. In case when a complaint concerns any mechanical damages or lack in a delievered product it is absolutely necessary to write and sign up a demage report at the time of delivery in the presence of a delivery courier. Only such complaints will be considered. A delivery courier should have proper forms while delivering products to you. if a delivery courier does not have proper forms you should describe the state of a product, its protection and wrapping. It sould be remembered that your statement is to contain the date of its preparation and be signed both by the customer and courier. at the same time, the customer is obliged to register this fact by filling  in a coplaint form and contact our representative within three working days from the moment of delivery. IMPORTANT!!!! Any customer who accepts the delivery without any reservations should be aware that his right to complain because of any mechanical demages and lacksexpires. It is also necessary to remember that the customer who does not write the demage report inthe presence of a delivery courier does not have a right to proceed the complaint. in case when the delivered product has any mechanical demages, it should be sent back to the address of our office within not late than 10 days from the time of delivery.

The compained product should be sent back witha receipt or VAT invoice and a complaint form. Customer covers the cost of delivery. The complained product is exanched for an identical one or other previously accepted by the customer. in such case it is Goodshoes that covers the cost of sending the non-defective product to the customer. The complaint will be considered within 14 working days since the date of delivery to our shop. In case of a repair the time of considering the complaint may be extended to 21 days. During that time you will be informed whether the product will be repaired. The package with the faulty product sent to us should contain a detailed description of complaint  and customer's address along with the telephone number. It is not possible to complain about any accidental or purposeful mechanical demages  such as tears, cuts, abrasions etc. or damages caused by any faulty usage of shoes or other products. The coplained product sent to us shoul be clean and packed originally. In other case we reserve the right to reject the complaint.

Final conclusions

While placing the order in our shop you accept our regulations. We are not responsible for any breaks or difficulties with using our Internet shop's offer, which appear regardless of our will ( including technical breaks, or those caused by restoration and repair works, the exchange of equipment etc.). Regulations come into force since the date of their publishing in folder" About us" and is valid indefinitely. At the same time the operator running the shop reserves the right to any changes in Regulations. Ale the changes come into force at the moment of their placing on the site "About us" on the allegro.pl. It is therefore necessary for customers to get acquianted with any changes in Regulations.
